Pre-painted 0.027 (or better) Aluminum Gutter Prices Prices are per foot or each piece including installation (other than DIY parts) * an extra charge is added for complicated hard install or dangerous issues like: steep roof, wood or metal roof, above single story, brick or stucco siding, etc.
$8 *	For our exclusive continuous no-rust gutter installation, using K-5 style continuous gutter parts, with our heavy duty aluminum hidden hangers; spaced every 2 feet, and installed w/a pair of #12 stainless steel screws, and graded to drain properly. At least 8X over Building Code requirements. See our Quality Standards web page for more details of our 2 dozen + advantages over other local Gutter Contractors. I know this may seem like a lot, but for what I offer it is still by far your best value and investment. Still a bargain if other Gutter Contractors were willing to do what I do, but I am likely to be your only option to get better than standard work at any price.

$4 * +$1* $2*	for new leaf screens over new gutters. for gutter cleaning with screens installed over your existing gutters. for just cleaning your existing gutters and downspouts. Although, most of these Clients are not willing to wait for our schedule to clear, so I rarely just clean gutters.
$70 * +$35 *	our exclusive custom Leaf-Catcher w/stainless steel screen installed within our new downspouts (for underground storm drain pipe protection). for leaf-catcher installation into your existing downspouts remounted to the siding with the pipe cleats and stainless steel screws.

Added Charges for Common Preparation
**+ $1.00 ***	for Copper gutter removal and recycle (very rare) Note: the high recycling value covers this cost
$1.75 *	for Aluminum parts removal and recycle (rare) (this is less than steel removal given the recycle value. You can test with a magnet for non-ferrous metal)
$2 *	for Steel gutter parts removal and recycle (most common) (hauling and recycling is free if the gutter parts are already taken down and cut up into 9' 6" foot sections or shorter).
**$2.50 ***	for plastic gutter removal and disposal.
$2	for rafter tail attachment is a hard install issue, because of careful alignment of the hidden hangers and the longer stainless steel screws needed.
*$1 - $4 +*	for hard installation issues like: second story gutters, wood shake roofs, metal roofs, tile roofs, steep pitch roofs, brick or stucco siding for DS install, etc..
$70 * +$35	extra labor to miter 90 degree corners, mitered end-caps, or split gutter expansion joints (for long lengths over 40 feet). for odd angles.
$5*	Heavy gauge painted aluminum 1.5”x 3.5” drip edge w/safety hem. Can be custom formed to match your needs with different width material for additional cost.
$8 *	for each rafter tail cut off, or special cutting like enlarging a hole in a deck for the new downspouts (where needed).
$150 *	per rubber expansion joint (for lengths over 45 feet with only 1 downspout at end)

Copper and Brass Rain Chain/Cups (funnels)
An alternative to a closed downspout, as long as you have a good system to catch this water below and channel it away from the house foundation. It is best to remove the end-cap and bend the floor of the gutter down to direct the water into the top of the rain-cups. This helps prevent debris from forming a blockage. I use a 1/4" stainless steel eye hook or place a hidden hanger on the end for attachment.

These loops seen are just fragile hollow copper tubing, so I do not recommend them. I can form these loops with thick 4ga solid copper wire for better strength in a circular loop or an S shaped curl if you still want them spread apart.
